Refund Policy

Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are considered final once the files have been accessed or downloaded.
However, we understand that issues can occur.
Refunds may be granted within 7 days of purchase if:

The product was not downloaded or activated, or
It is defective or not as described, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

This Customer Agreement (“Agreement”) governs all purchases made on wpthemefinder.com (“Website”), operated by Karl Bialy (“Seller,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the U.S.

11. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement at any time by posting a new version on this page. Your continued use of the Website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
